Thanks for popping by at Orjus Design, my name's Chris and this is my online portfolio of all things web!
So what about me I hear you ask? Well I'm originally from Northern Ireland but now reside in Dundee, Scotland having just finished studying web design at Abertay.
I've been busy with various projects in the last few months ranging from web design to film editing and flash work. My philosophy is to work to modern standards (w3Schools), to try and use modern technologies such as JQuery and CSS 3 while giving each project its own creative identity.
If you like this website, or any of my previous work feel free to get in touch through either filling in the contact form, or contacting me directly.
Lynda Keith is a former head lecturer at Strathclyde University. She required a website which allowed her contacts to view her current freelance work, and be able to contact her
A breakdown of my duties for this project:
This website was for a local painting and decorating company. After meeting with the client, they decided to give me complete freedom on how it was designed and created.

The Yaks website was for a local band, they approached me wanting a website which would have a grungy effect and that could link to their social networking sites. The design and creation of this website was completed by myself.
A breakdown of my duties for this project:
The wedding website was created to provide information on my sisters wedding, and then after the event to show photographs in an image gallery. It also includes a guest book for well wishers to sign. The look of the website had to be fresh, bright and clean.
A breakdown of my duties for this project:
The Smoking Jo's website was created with a dark, slighly grungy effect. It includes a very nice JavaScript image slide show at the top which is triggered by rolling over the links on the page.
